Our Next Big Ambition

The last few months have been eye-opening. The brands that have best weathered the COVID storm are the ones that have remained laser-focused on creating valuable experiences for their most important customers. The ones that have struggled are the ones that have lost touch with their customers or chased costly short-term growth strategies – at the expense of long-term financial health. Ambition Data exists to serve brands that want to build healthy, sustainable businesses for the long run. And those brands need our help more than ever during times of change and uncertainty. That’s why I’m excited to announce an exciting milestone in Ambition Data’s evolution: after several months of development work, we have officially launched our own software. Software is the next step in our journey to empower consumer brands to drive sustainable growth. It helps us expand our reach and serve more consumer brands during a time of urgent need. And it enables us to offer a unique hybrid model that’s a source of competitive advantage to our clients: the flexibility and nuance of consulting with the power and scalability of software. The new software is the culmination of countless hours of design, engineering, and product management work by a dedicated and talented team. Just as importantly, it distills everything that we’ve learned from you: the myriad brand leaders that we’ve worked with over the years. Our software's customer core does three things every business needs to run high quality customer analysis:

  • It handles the plumbing. Ingesting, cleaning, and organizing customer data.

  • It predicts customer behavior. Clustering and enriching your individual customer profiles with attributes like customer lifetime value (CLV) as well as human interests.

  • It generates unparalleled insights. By trending where customers are slipping and where they’re growing. So you know exactly where to focus and why. Just gather and go.

We’re immensely proud of what we built.
